1. License Grant
Upon purchase and receipt of a valid license key, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use the extension on your personal devices for personal or commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Share, sell, or transfer your license key to any other person
- Distribute, resell, or sublicense the extension or any part of it
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the product to build a competing service
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use the Service. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account and License Security
Your license key is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. If you suspect your license key has been shared or compromised, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to revoke licenses found to be in use by multiple users.
4. Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. All sales are final — see our No Refund Policy.
5. Updates and Modifications
We may update the extension, website, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance. Updates to the extension are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed for any specific duration.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Circumvent any security features of Lovable.dev or other platforms
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Interfere with the operation of our website or servers
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and the extension code, is the intellectual property of Aryan Premium Lovable. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms. No refund will be issued upon termination due to Terms violation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, No Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aryan Premium Lovable regarding the Service.
